Whisper lets you speak quietly to someone else in the room. Other people normally see whom you are whispering to without hearing the words. Syntax: > whisper <name> <message> Example: > whisper Rand Kill them all. Rand sees you whisper the message to him, you see that you whispered it to Rand, and anyone else in the room only sees that you whispered something to Rand.
